What is needed to actually pull this off??? i have 5 piece bwl and 3 peice aq temple with bulwak shield etc. 966 gs total. i can do like 2-3 groups but cant pull off whole stacks…
Anyone got a build/gear they can show me?
i hear some are using t3 some amount of pieces.
ill have to ask the shaman i know who do this.
also i hear the slag shield and dropping totems gives off heals or something too.

yah i dont have slag, have the kara shield
i think the water totem heals you every time you take damage or something.
its been a while since i ran it as tank spec though.
looks like it has a chance to heal you with blocks.
use the enh t3 2pc for the lightning shield damage or the shoulder enchant .
they are saying pretty much most gear is ok just tanky stuff.

luckily you can solo some instances for orbs and reals too i hear.
Simple, reroll boomkin. Get the Naxx set. Hit Starfall. Hop around like a moron and profit without effort. The fact that isn’t getting nerfed is a travesty.

Slag is the difference. It scales (literally) exponentially with the number of mobs meleeing you. So with with 1-10 mobs it’s pretty bad, but as you pull more, the healing scales 1-1 with each mob and the damage scales exponentially, so you get the insane 50+ mob pulls where the shaman stays full HP etc
