Shaman in Dragonflight

  1. Give us our greenfire quest
  2. Let us talent 2h weapons
  3. Let us use swords
  4. Maybe do a mail set that doesn’t look like booty

Amen to that mr dorfy.

Since the new hero class is mail, perhaps we well get more love.

Let humans be shamans - and we should have an eagle flying form

Please this.

Doesn’t fit the Shaman theme in my mind, however they do use daggers which means it could be plausible.

Best we can do is removal of chain from Enhance and a 20% damage boost for LB.

Felfire or some equivalent alternate power would be cool.

2H weapons would also be nice especially after the whole “Monks can now use 2H as WW” deal with Shadowlands.
As much as Blizzard wants to dismiss it as being a gimmick it was a part of classic and TBC Shaman.

I don’t really agree on the sword aspect though, it would be good for itemisation admittedly but they honestly don’t feel like they fit the theme.

Agree with mail armour also.

This notion that mail sets are always bad is so outdated these day. Even when it was true it was barely true. But there have been amazing mail sets for years now.

I’m with you on this though. I’m really hoping that with the talent structure seemingly allowing us to pick and choose a lot more things we’ll be able to construct an enhancement spec that plays like it did in BFA. But with a 2 hander.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.

Giving Shamans access to Magatha’s Twilight spells would totally rock. She uses a purple Lava Burst and Flame Shock, and a corrupted Chain Lightning spell and a few other nifty things if you check her out in Legion. Giving an option to wield 2h weapons for Enhance (or use Doomhammer as a 2h weapon) would rock too.

Well, every expansion seems to overly favor one class, why not shamans. Everyone can be shaman now! Mechashamans with robodog form.

I mean if we can all be death knights per last expansion. I was actually thinking we were going to the lightlands and all become paladins.

Even void paladins cause we all need a healthy dose of oxymorons.

So kind of turning them into dark shaman? That sounds pretty neat.

I’m not a big mog person but I can agree with you on that. Be nice to have a mail set that doesn’t make my Shaman look like he eats paint chips.

Dracthyr are the new hotness and wear mail so good looking mail mogs seems like a solid bet IMO.

Heard and understood!
Evoker tier set will look great.

That said, they really should add green fire equivalents for all the classes.

Sorry contractually obligated to give mail-wearers doodoo sets.

Those leather sets don’t pay for themselves.

Anyone who says something to this effect must explain all the things that are anti-thematic for all classes and yet still is allowed.

I can’t help but notice you’re posting on a mage. Have you see my PVP Colonial Barrister’s wig that I’m currently wearing? It’s mail.

I don’t know, the Drac aren’t built like most Shaman classes. They’re built like Worgen who look terrible in a lot of sets.

2h enhance again would be baller not going to lie

It would be wild if people could have more than one character, wouldn’t it?

Yeah ok. Subjective opinions are subjective. I love the shaman tier/glad set personally. Like the other tier sets it’s based on a lot of the classic class iconography (in this case wolves) but with a “first ones” twist. The white glowing giving the impression that they’re special clothing made for us by the gods.
