I have talked with several other Elemental shaman on my server, it was changed. For no reason other than Blizzard wanting to fk around
was nerfed twice, they nerfed it in like 1.9 or 1.11, I honestly cant remember exactly… You were able to batch it again in pre-patch until near end of TBC.
Either way its inconsequential; its kinda a lame talent due to NS being no joke 100X more useful.
In PvP maybe. Not PvP.
What do you mean nerfed twice? The nerf that would change what I am talking about is the once referenced in 2.3… what other nerf could you be talking about??
