Shaman Dual-Wield?

I have checked icyveins, forums, reddit and like 20 other places and i cannot find a concrete answer to when and how shaman learn dual-wield in classic.

I don’t see any talents, any buyable skills from trainer nor can i find any quests.

ANY help would be appreciated.

It was a talent in TBC.

But 2H is fun anywas, don’t worry about it.

But then you’re told by morons that you either have to heal or tank, so they can find a group quicker on their mage.
