Flame Shock now has a target cap of 6.
Frost Shock damage increased by 40%.
Unruly Winds (Conduit) chance to trigger is now 15% to 50% based on item level (was 20% to 35%).
Magma Fist (Conduit) additional critical strike chance is now 12% to 37.2% based on item level (was 15% to 25%).
Focused Lightning (Conduit) damage or healing increase is now 5% to 12% based on item level (was 1% to 4.5%).
Chilled to the Core (Conduit) chance to trigger is now 30% to 72% based on item level (was 21% to 35%).

Enhancement
If you Lava Lash a target that has Flame Shock on them, Lava Lash will now spread Flame Shock to up to 3 nearby enemies in an 8 yard radius. If all enemies in the area are already affected with Flame Shock, it will refresh the duration of Flame Shock instead.
Feral Spirit no longer shows up under the unit frame “totem timers” slots. This is to prevent too many Spirits in conjunction with other summons overflowing these slots and despawning the Spirits prematurely.
Ice Strike (Talent) and Sundering (Talent) can now properly cause the Flametongue weapon damage effect.
Ice Strike and Sundering are no longer able to used while disarmed
In S1 we had some buffs to EQ and chain lightning and I think a buff to lava burst (not 100% on LvB). But nothing since then. Would be nice to see some ST buffs since we’re god awful at that.
If you run doomwinds and FFW, then WF is your top damage contributor and this is 7.5% buff to base WF damage, including to your burst. So, I wouldn’t say it isn’t meaningful.
The MSW conduit is a 17% buff at max rank to total MSW spender damage/healing. So also a meaningful bump in throughput.
Lava lash not only spreads flame shock, but also refreshes it. So this is a nice QOL change and allows for more frost shock usage and potentially relieves you from manual flame shock spreading. Lava lash spreading flame shock should help enhance AOE damage. Cast flame shock and lava lash, and you now have 4 flame shocks ticking (assuming enough targets).
You are right about FFW, but WF is still tied to a 1 minute cooldown in most instances. To really make the WF build competitive, they probably need to make top line adjustments instead of modifying secondary hits.
Increased MW damage is a welcomed change. It will likely be noticeable with the WDWB build. I’m still not sure it will be enough to make inviting a shaman appealing outside of WF totem. The current issue in my opinion is that so much of the build revolves around HH procs and that can really be feast or famine.
The change to spreading flame shock is really only going to be impactful in stacked cleave or general AOE. Most meaningful PvE content is single target so this becomes more of a QoL improvement and a couple more frost shocks. If you’re doing AOE, you play DW.
I am grateful for buffs, I just think there is better ROI in other areas.
