We have had the same core design for most specs ever since Legion. It’s time to shake things up again; give us something new, bring back something old… just do something different.
My suggestion? Transition some DPS specs away from being a builder/spender; let some DPS classes be based around cooldown/rotation management (instead of building/spending a secondary power) and bring back mana as a true resource, not just a blue bar that everyone can ignore.
How about borrowed or blue?
no thanks everytime they do stuff like this it takes them the whole expansion to fix things or longer. this team don’t have the people to do it considering blizz has only like 2 class devs.
The age old battle of needing to change things up to prevent stagnation while simultaneously not changing something just for the sake of change and not reinventing the wheel.
No, please. I hate it when my characters change. Shadow Priest has had enough reworks, each one for worse in my opinion, and I hate Voidform with every piece of my being. Don’t make them touch it again.
The talent shifts by themselves are going to shake things up, I’d rather not have half of them play completely differently, yet again. I didn’t like it in legion, I don’t like the idea of doing it again.
There’s a new amazing class for those of us that like varying it up with new stuff!

Requests like this lead to Blizzard destroying classes in a futile attempt to give us “something different.”
Try elemental shaman for CD/rotation management, and arcane mage if you want to have a mana limited spec.
With a new class and new talent trees I doubt we’ll see a huge revamp. Hopefully with the new trees we will see more variety within a spec.

Hard agree. Most of them, actually. Every class feels like Rogue+ now. We have combo points, they’re just in bar form instead of ball form.
