Shadowvault quests won't reset

I have done pretty much everything for the quests to start the shadow vault again. The quests will not let me start the phase over so I can get a vendor that actually sells the tabard. I spent all day today doing every single quest in the area and it won’t prompt for me to restart the shadow vault quests.

I feel like I can’t proceed on this toon anymore as it won’t let me ever do my head enchants I’ll need. I just simply need a tabard sent to be me as the quartermaster is glitched.

I’ve tried submitting a ticket about this so was unable to hence why I’m here now.

not sure what you mean by “again”.
the quests to open access the quartermaster can only be done once.
the quest chain is here.

you’re won’t be sent a tabard just by asking.
that’s not how things work.
you’ll need to figure out where you are on the quest chain.

The Quartermaster is empty and sells nothing. So I’ve done all the quest chains from the individual. It just won’t phase back to it properly. So I can’t buy the tabard. It’s not a “Not how it works thinks” It’s actively not letting me purchase it…

It’s clearly bugged I’m well aware how to do the starting part of it the quests I’ve done them prior to faction changing. I’ve gone past the point of unlocking it in the quest chain that’s the problem now that the vendor is empty.

The quest part I’m on is the one right after the phasing and I see the vendor. So for all intents and purposes I should be able to purchase it but I can’t. It’s not that I’m asking for it to be just given to me I’ve done all the prereqs for it already…

(edit) Can you access the flightpath and innkeeper?

Friendly and I can access the innkeeper. Been trying to figure it out for like 4 hours so a bit exasperated why I forgot to mention. Also I can access the flight paths and able to start the questlines for after everything phases in.

Edit I just went back and it works now. I hate this game lmao Must’ve just been bugged earlier.
