Shadowmourne quest is impossible for me to complete. I have completed my 50 shadowfrost shards quest. Returned to Highlorde Mograine and I do not have the Shadow’s edge he is asking for. I competed all the recommendations that I could find on the forums (Check bags, banks, void storage, disable all addons, clear folders). And I’m still stuck. I have created a ticket and it was recomended to create a post on this forum. Thank you for your time.
This issue occurs on my character Thickbottom-Destromath.
I had this exact same issue. I already reported as a big over a week ago. I also made 3 tickets for 3 different GMs to say “it’s a bug, report it. We can’t replace your item like we used to be able to. Report it and maybe they’ll fix it soon.”
