I do everything right, I wait for the pools to get big, get him to 80% and then click the table, but whenever i turn into the creature the fight resets. Has this happened to anyone else and what’s the issue here?
You can’t solo it, I believe. You need to bring someone with you.

Unholy infusion is soloable, its the blood infusion which needs others.
Blood, Unholy infusion are gonna require help unless u got a pet that u can plop down and hold aggro, like an ox statue?
Now, it has been a while since I did the Unholy step. So I could be remembering wrong, but I thought that I did do it solo? So I don’t know, see if you can find a guide about it somewhere, or maybe it’s a bug?
Yeah there’s plenty of videos and guides to solo it, the blood infusion needs friends in order to bite them as vampires, but unholy is just sucking up the ooze as the abomination using an ability and then killing putricide, it shouldn’t be resetting and i don’t know how to change that, ill set my ghoul out to passive and see if that changes anything.
There actually is a way to solo the blood infusion - it just takes a good bit of effort.

Yep, I soloed the entire chain on my paladin.
Blood Infusion was… complicated.
