I am going through the questline for Shadowmourne on my DK and I am confused about the blood infusion, is it soloable at 120 or not? Thanks. (I did search, but as of Legion there were mixed responses. )
It is. But youll need to watch the youtube video to make it work. Or maybe get 3 level 90’s or some such to go with you and just pay them 1000 gold each and give them all raid loot. You get your 3 bites easy and then kill the boss with axe equipped. Tadahh!
Blood Infusion is not soloable at any level. You need one or two people with you and one needs to be able to die to your attacks. The only class that was able to do this when I did the quest in Legion was Warlock as they had a speed increase spell that hurt them as they used it (Burning Rush). You bite the lock, lock dies and revives with the soulstone (I used Raise Ally as back then it didn’t cost RP), bite the lock again, bite the other person, kill boss once you get an indication that it worked.

So, since i have to have help, does anyone on Alliance Baelgun/Doomhammer want to lend me a hand? I would like to do the three infusions tonight or this week.
You just need 2 people to bite since as a dk you can rez one
They dont need to die though they can.
Our Brez costs runic power so you can’t use it on a whim. Also, if I am remembering what happened in my past attempts, the first person bitten eventually goes berserk and kills everyone. I am also pretty sure you need to kill them to clear the debuff so they can be bitten again.

There is a youtube video guy has his main and 2 alts. Using group finder and he makes his way to the boss’ room and 1 by 1 logs on amd off walking each toon to Lanathels room. I have not tried this. But watched the video a couple times and there are 6 or 7 people in comments as of september 2019 saying thanks bro yes it works. Looked like dude has amazing login speed. My connection cant connect me that quick reliably.
Yea it definitely still works. I just did this method two weeks ago. I had to use 3 alts instead of 2 though.

Which is very sad.
IMO, it really is disappointing that Frost is forced to be a dual wielder.
