Just the pre-patch. And its a zombie fest in most major cities.
So I just got here and everyone is dead…
The new starter zone is also on the ptr if ya’ll want something that doesn’t involve the pre patch event lol
^ This! Seriously guys, give the new starter zone a try if you have not yet. It’s honestly really well done and pretty quick to get through 
Chromie Time, and the revamped Heirlooms, are also on the PTR so give that a look as well if you are interested in leveling. Though I hear some people have been having issues with Chromie Time so it may be a bit hit or miss.

So, here’s a question.
Will we be able to experience the new starter zone with our already maxlevel characters? I’m assuming no, but I kind of want to send this Warlock through that content, just like all other content that has existed in WoW.

Yes, it’s a rehash of the Wrath pre-patch and looking like it will be just as miserable as the first one.
I don’t think so, when you start a new character and you choose that route you appear on the boat as a level one and start your training. Then the storm and you land on the island to level to level 10.
It’s actually a great zone.

Nope, you will not be able to.
I have no idea if it’s doable, but I’d really like it if we could send our max characters to the new zone. Maybe Blizzard could treat it like a time walking thing, where our level is set to 1.
