Sylvanas is already ruined, by turning her into a dumbass at the end of the raid she is now beyond repair.
Arthas? In one hand, it’s disgusting to see a character so connected to this story through his shadow and not even an information about its actual situation even at the end of the expansion.
On the other hand… i know that the moment these “writers”, Arthas will be ruined, just take a look at Kel Thuzad…
they could have used Kel Thuzad and Nerzul so much better but…THE MOST AMBICIOUS EXPANTION EVER HAPPENED.

Please, don’t EVER let Steve Danuser or Christie Golden near the Warcraft story EVER AGAIN.
Also, we all KNOW that NONE of you like the old tier gear and systems and Don t want us to have them. That person that LIED and told us they WANTED to give them to us? Their credibility with the players was just destroyed FOREVER. They’re as irredeemable as Sylvanas.
And Sylvanas? NO, NONE of this. We no longer CARE what was done to her soul. Kill her FIRST THING in the patch so we can all MOVE ON. Let the character you RUINED just DIE and stop tormenting your players with this terrible character arc.

You say it is a ancient land, yet nothing looks ancient and is very fresh looking… The maps/dungeons/raids in Legion looked more ancient than this place… I think some of the animals are a cute concept, but, overall I feel like this looks a bit like a fortnite map… It doesn’t feel like we’re in Warcraft right now lol. I dunno’. I’m just ready to go back to Azeroth and focus on the races that we all love and play…
As well as the new sets kind of look… Not good. It looks like were all heading to lightforged territory lolol.
WoW lore has completely lost me after this video. I’m not sure I understand what the adventure is about anymore.

The thing is… we are at the end of the Shadowland in 9.2 and… do we actually have a reason to stop the Jailer?
We still don’t know is goal so what if his end goal was good for all of us at the end?
Umm…he literally said he’s going to remake reality where everyone serves him. So if you’re onboard with being his slave, I guess you’re okay with his goal.
The whole ‘we’re going to remake reality into a fair, good, just system’ was the lie he spun to get Sylvanas to work for him (which she stupidly believed despite his open use of torture and enslavement…)
… I just feel like, drained after watching this. It truely is the end of an era, which means for me at least depression at how little they did with races in lore that have fought for us and we just left them in the dust. I know people say quality over quantity, but can you really say that after 15 years of adding races cultures, people, and blood. LOTS of blood. My fingers are so crossed that after this we return to a bigger azeroth, both player race wise, and story wise.
They’ll just let it go wild like they did with corruption(s).
How about something that we can develop through expansions, besides the character. All of us have invested so much time and care into each expansion it just seems a shame to leave it all beind when something new comes out.

Yeah, I’m also not sold on the upcoming patch. I guess I stick to doing old content for now. And those people are so cringe in the video, trying to sell the “excitement” without sounding authentic.
Blizzard is gone.
They have done something which cannot be undone, why gods damnit. Why bring in reality makers/remakers. I just, I’m scared… scared for what they will do after this crazy patch. Scared for what in the God’s HOLY NAME, will get fudged in next expac to make up for this lore stool in this one.
I’m not really interested in the story anymore. Design-wise it looks nice but this doesn’t matter as long as Steve Danuser is the head writer. I just hope they update the old content and I have a great playground to interact with other people.
