It’s all such a saddening mess…I hoped for better, I was waiting at the computer all day for this video…only for disappointment…
Luckily I’m marathoning a bunch of movies right now which makes me happy…

Yeah, but that’s what everyone wants to know about more than this. Also, if you’re gonna talk about this kinda thing it’s way better to do it in a shorter form than 60-90% of the entire video. I understand their excitement for it and stuff, even though half of them really didn’t seem excited by it at all just “ehh” but like…there’s a format to this kinda thing.
People want what they want and most of us, maybe not all of us but most though want to hear about the things we are interested in first. Class balance/reworks is the biggest thing people are interested in. New races, design customizations, etc. all of that would be a far better video. Another new allied race would be a cool announcement for now, too. Quite literally I think anything would have been better.
Because it’s what we want? Why not do it? Also, why name it a developer preview if 60-90% of your video is about just the lore? Just call it a lore video instead of developer preview or video.
They could’ve mentioned that there was going to be balance changes, or something.

ok sound interesting, too bad I would not have liked that this was possibly the last patch and the last chapter of this expansion.
Something like a quick exit to a disaster and a bad reminder as the worst expansion next to WoD even though they are trying to remember it well with this patch.
And when his name is referred to as the lazy one.

Honestly, I’ll give it a try,i do love music and art ,i could get use to the vibe. since music is a universal language ,who know i might learn something new in all of it.
why do i need a cyper to learn the language of the first ones? cant i just walk into the other room and say hey, what does this say? Its not like the winter queen is doing much

I agree that most people were looking for other details, sure.
I just think that it makes sense that this is what we got at the moment. Plenty of time yet for us to learn everything else before release.
What I really want is a PTR release date. Once that goes live is when we’ll start getting the real news.
So am I wrong or does it sound like they’re timegating our ability to read NPC text? They wouldn’t really do that would they?
I do like that the new zones aren’t dark and depressing even if they give off a strong minecraft vibe.

You mean like with 9.1.5? When they said there was going to be balance tweaks but in the end did nothing and some classes are still doing poorly?
Like that? Because that’s the problem. Hard to believe them anything at this point.

Lore is the only thing that keeps me playing…and this expansion has been a pile of retcons and spit on my face… Most likely this New zone will be incredibly small like Korthia…

Let’s hope not. The biomes they were discussing would be really strange if it was a tiny zone like Korthia. It would make it feel a bit disjointed I think.

Yea it has the feel of a smokescreen. The pets and mounts and everything too. Like the previews make it seem like it will be half the size of the Timeless isle in terms of relevant space and mostly just a lot of empty space between event based things
