Wowhead datamined the new Undead hairstyles that were shown last Blizzcon as part of the new customization options for all races coming in Shadowlands. It could be the simple result of data spilling over into the patch when Blizzard updated the Undead model, but this could have other potential meanings maybe? What do you think?

My hope, and dread, is that maybe we will be getting Shadowlands sooner than later.
Hope because we have no 8.3.5 coming and I would rather not see a long drought.
Dread because I am a long ways off from my 5 million gold for my Long Boi, I worry about the quality of the product if its shipped that quickly, and I worry that means there would be a very short Alpha/Beta time frame.

My first thought was that the preview models were generated using an 8.3 build, but if that were the case, one would think they would’ve datamined the skin tones and such as well, and likely the options for the other previewed races. How interesting.
Perhaps they were the very first options added to the new system, with the rest added in the first 9.0 builds, or maybe someone slipped it in so the dataminers could have a little fun?

I’m actually a little surprised that we haven’t gotten a beta yet, they must be waiting until the mythic race is over.

They look fine but I wish I could have the old undead faces back. You know, actually looking like a skeleton instead of a constipated old man.
The devillock and elvira haircut are perfect
I really hope blood elves get some new cosmetic options other than just eye color. This toon had the same hair for YEARS because none of the other ones seem fitting for that character.
But don’t you want blue eyes?
I always wanted the spiky hair for female undead that the guys have. It would also be nice to not see the bones on my char. Something to look forward to.
If your character has to be Asian to get flesh covering their bones, I guess my Undead are going Asian.
No I want to look more withered actually. Not fully withered but enough.
Great news. There are far too few customization options in this game. I don’t understand how Blizzard cannot see the return-on-investment of adding more hair styles, colors, etc. Its so hard to be unique in a game with no sliders and every race’s silhouette is pretty much the same.
