While there are still a few things I’d like to see done, I do want to thank Blizzard for finally adding a pull timer in the SL alpha!
I know it seems like a small thing, and most are shouting, “Just use DBM!” However, as an add-on minimalist and supporter of the “as-intended” default UI experience, I’m really pleased to finally see this long-needed feature. (It’s my hope that DBM will support triggering the default UI countdown with its pull timer, so that both DBM users and those without will get a synchronized pull timer.)
This relatively small change also makes me hopeful that perhaps on some whiteboard somewhere at Blizzard are more changes like this, such as cast bar enhancements.
Anyway, I mainly just wanted to say thanks for putting this change into SL, and I hope to see other small and incremental improvements to the good ole default UI in the future!
