Do a vampire pet battle event. They’re invading Stormwind and you have to fight them off.
Rewards could include all the transmog of the Stormwind Guard, SI:7, and so on. If you manage to do the event with certain objectives (difficult) met then you get a mount with a mail courier (mailbox) and an NPC that can buy your goods and open your bank for you.

Look at the number of threads/comments posted on Reddit/GD/MMO/class-specific, with players who are unable to complete. Look at the a number of Youtube guides views/comments. And then, look at those 3 GD posts we have posted by people who have done Fury Warrior (aka THE easiest one) and claim its ez.
But you can either defend this, and support the notion of spending 100-200k on AH, or you can actually admit the fact that MT is overtuned.
Unless, unless, you have done all 36 challenges…But my bet would be no.
edit: OH, we even had a thread claiming its NOT overtuned by a person who hasn’t even attempted it!

They are applying raid dev mentality to timewalking.

Any feedback on changes? Y’all did comment you thought some were overtuned, but have only nerfed crusader and a trinket so far. Is the plan to leave it at the current state of tuning (think it is actually ok)? Are you planning on making changes on Tuesday with the reset? Still gathering more data?

I think the plan is to wait until everybody has bought tokens to get timewalking gear and then nerf the heck out of old gear.
I don’t think so. They’ve decided to go full wildstar on us. They want this to be a FOMO event for top elites. But they also love that money that average players paid to come back to the game to do this event. They just don’t realize that this is not a sustainable model. People who realize they’ve been screwed leave and don’t come back.

Once again, I beg of you Blizzard… please extend the duration of Legion Timewalking to 9.2. It’s extremely depressing and frustrating to have to choose between enjoying the launch of Endwalker and enjoying Mage Tower challenges.
