Looks like with the new season that fated raid Shadowlands WQs have spawned.
Currently Tempting Fate: Castle Nathria is up but killing bosses does not award credit.
i had the same issue on every difficulty
Guys i submitted a support request on this and they told me we have hit a bug. i submitted a big report per their request. i would submit a support request so they have record of your issues.
