No I don’t believe that for one minute. They have something to hide end of story.
Yeah, this expansion is pretty much trash right now. Nothing feels rewarding and I had more fun in prepatch just leveling characters fast. While I think something had to be done to fix leveling, it was still sad to see my main squished, but at least it made leveling alts not feel like a chore.
I hate all the shadowlands chores though and want to do other things with my life again. The design choices were pretty big missteps to cater to an audience I don’t feel has the overlap they were hoping for.

And to keep it that way you cater to your customers. Wow no wonder the world is a mess atm. Greed and hate run this world bugger the people that live in it. It’s come hook or crook people want their lifestyles and don’t care whom they tread on to get it or hurt. People today just don’t get it. Word of mouth is everything and people used to treat people they way they treated you. EG if your boss screams at you for not getting your work done fast enough you say " screw it and make it last longer " but if that same boss says you’re doing a wonderful job "’ You tend to work harder and get it done “” That applies in this case treat your customers with respect they will get it back BUT THEY DON’T. They treat us like money bags end of story and believe me word of mouth isn’t good atm for this Company. Btw if you run your business that way It won’t last long.

I don’t care how good or clever you think you may be…if you can’t go to the site to fill out the survey, and they are asking you specifically to click a link in the email - delete. If they can’t be bothered to make that former option viable, then our time should not be expendable by filling it out or worrying that the clicked link was actually a backdoor now slowing down the servers.
Because GL is not a statistically controlled sample. By controlling who receives the survey they can get a representative sample of each “type” of player. They can also weight the responses based on who completes the survey.

It is, after all, their survey. You can choose to complete it or pass. If it bothers you that much, you might want to pass.
It’s legit. It has my email address that I made for wow only. Nothing and no one besides wow has ever had any knowledge of this email address. Plus I was auto-logged in when I took the survey.
