This has been going for a couple months now. On this character I skipped the maw a while ago and when I got to Oribos after the skip, the ‘Stranger in a even stranger land’ quest didn’t show up. I keep coming back after every weekly reset and its still not fixed. It has been like this for months!!!
I thought this was a PAID subscription game! Where the hell is the service to fix this massive bug! I cant quest in shadowlands at all on this character!

Blizzard has been working on it with a fix slated for patch 11.0.7

I tried a whole workaround where I had a low level player with me to Party Sync so I could re-do the start quest in Stormwind without skipping, did the entire slog through the Maw including listening to all of Jaina’s endless exposition without skipping, got to Oribos and the low level got the quest “Stranger in an even stranger land” and I didn’t.
I tried a bunch of different ways to turn on and off Party Sync but was no go, the quest is also unsharable.
We have no choice but to wait for a fix.
