The Jailer is a very bad antagonist. He isn’t even “funny bad” like Team Rocket in Pokémon.
He’s really just a big grey guy. I’ve seen scarier things horked up by my chihuahua. You have a fantasy game set in the afterlife where the big bad could be literally ANYTHING and they went with greyscale Mr. Clean.
