Hello.
I am having the issue where my Shadowlands reputations did not convert with the warbands update. When I tried to log in on patch day I received a message that my account was being updated for Warbands that prevented me from logging on for the entire day. A week or so a go I interacted with a Shadowlands npc and saw that instead of being exalted my reputation was now Neutral with the Undying Army. I went back over to my main that I had earned exalted with all Shadowlands factions on and saw that all of my reputations had vanished and all that remained was Undying Army with neutral rep 0/3000. I submitted a bug report in game.

Im having this issue as well, have been waiting for a long time for an answer yet we have none yet, it’s getting pretty annoying

Why is there no BLUE POST response to this issue???
This is RUDE and OBNOXIOUS to a loyal customer base.
We need the Development Team to acknowledge the error in the Warband SL Reputation Conversion process and provide and ETA to rerun on the impacted accounts.
I don’t think that is too much to ask - we have been VERY patient!!
The Achievements Reputation tab CLEARLY shows that all my SL Reputations were EXALTED so it should not be an issue of “we don’t know which SL reps were EXALTED”.

as of 9/30 I just looked at my account and yes, all my reputations are still neutral. How do we get Blizzard to notice this? I spent hours, and all of us hours, to get those reputations up.
Still showing neutral to most of my shadowlands, I have submitted a bug report, and created 3 tickets on this issue. They just said it is now being investigated. I can’t get any paragon mounts, or any exalted mounts I missed before I went on break that I can now purchase because all vendors are locked. And I do not want to regrind the REP I already had, I am already 2 expansions behind, there is no reason for me to regrind old content when I have already have the achievements stating I have completed the content.
I have the undying army Tabard on my Shaman, and it says requires Exalted to be equipped. But these texts are showing red since Blizzard did some work to reset my reputation to neutral, I created 3 tickets and replied lots of other similar forum reporting same problem, no feedback ever. Guess that’s what we got now, I will keep wearing that Tabard, lol how absurd this is.
I got a GM response via a ticket, but it just says to post here so devs can look into it, as there is nothing they can intervene with.
