When the 11.1.5 patch was applied, my Shadowlands reputations did not convert. The login message said my “characters were being converted to Warband” and then stopped and timed out. When I logged in they were not converted and most were actually wiped out!!
You can see that under my achievements that all the Shadowlands reputations are EXALTED (Reputation > Shadowlands).
My account was hit with the bug that prevented me from logging into my characters for a number of hours until the hotfix was applied.
Please correct this conversion error since I spent MANY MANY hours getting all the reputations to EXALTED.
Hopefully the “conversion to Warband process” can be rerun (since it looks like it never completed) and my account can be corrected and all my reputations restored.

This happened to me also, submitted ticket no help, said to report as a bug, still waiting

Tech support is only for player-to-player discussion, and we can’t fix rep bugs. If the devs need more info from you in bug report, they will respond over there.

I’m just trying to get someone from Blizzard to acknowledge that my account has a problem and how long is it going to take to remediate.
I was hit by the Guild Bank “conversion” and we lost the entire bank with hundreds of items disappearing and never received any support from Blizzard. I’m hoping that it isn’t going to happen again.
It is tiresome to have issues with your account caused by the developers and constantly getting the run around with the problem eventually getting blown off.
No one likes to feel ignored.
I understand your objective, but the only way to contact the staff is via tickets. There are no staff members monitoring this forum to look into your issue.

Has one else had this issue with the Warband Shadowlands conversion process?

UPDATE: No one else had a problem with the Shadowlands reputation conversion to Warband??
Trying to understand if I am an isolated instance or was there a larger wide scale problem.
How about a useful link as to where to make the bug report and info as to what to say would be helpful

Why is there no BLUE POST replying to this issue and at least acknowledging all the submissions???
The blues who used to frequent the tech support forum have been gone for over a year. They either were reassigned to other teams or moved on from Blizzard. Bug reports only receive a response from developers if they need more information from you.

Bug Reports only get replies if the developers need more info from you, it’s not a ticket system for conversation.

Afraid not, but there is a blizzard tracker as part of the forums. A blizzard post isn’t necessarily guaranteed either.
