Venri has this awesome portal that allows you to create the illusion of teleporting from place to place giving one amazing versitility in housing. The only problem? Nobody can get the loot b/c it’s gated behind shadowlands rep. Rep that we used to have all the way up to exalted, and now do not. Thousands of posts at this point have gone unaswered. Try to farm the rep again? Boom it gets knocked back to Dubious. Are you kidding me? Blizzard, you need to either give us the Venri Decor item, or give us back our rep. It’s a piece we’ve all earned. I can’t tell you how dissapointed I am with the way you have handled this situtation. Please restore our rep.

If you are referring to the Portal of Damnation it is not gated behind rep alone. You must complete the shadowlands meta achievement to unlock it. I think you probably get one free for completing the meta achievement but then if you want additional portals they cost 10,000 stygia.

It is a pretty cool decor piece. I used to scale it up to 200% and placed it in a hallway, hiding any physical pieces with wall partitions. I agree, it works well as a portal.
Personally, I like the Dark Portal’s opaque green and black visual more, but this one is perfect if you want a glimpse of the other side.
It doesn’t have any functionality, it’s just visual. You can walk through it the same way you can walk through the Dark Portal decor, though.

The problem is if you weren’t lucky enough to have anyone on your server to actually care to help back in the day, three of the rares are impossible to do because you need three people to do them.
Good luck getting that done with this toxic playerbase.
