Imagine a Remix version of Torghast that finally embraces the uncapped power fantasy. Remix is all about getting stronger and stronger, and Torghast is thematically an endless tower of greater challenges. Sounds like a match made in heaven (or heck I suppose in this case).
Shadowlands is also packed to the brim with mini-games, mogs, mounts. It’s also a self-contained adventure, so it doesn’t feel as artificial to limit Remix characters from going to other zones (as opposed to Pandaria which had to artificially limit players from leaving).
I think it could be perfect. Honestly, I just really look forward to playing more Shadowlands in the future and having more people see what it did well. Just skip “Battle for Azeroth Remix” and go straight into SL Remix IMO.
No, remix is all about Blizzard taking the easy way out and reusing content from the past that was actually fun and engaging because they don’t seem to be able to come out with their own fun and unique content anymore.
Rather than working on progressing new content, they just copy paste what they can from the past.
For all the things I like to do I didn’t hate SL. Lots of mounts and mogs so I would be down someday for a SL remix to get recolors of them all.
We already did my favorite expansion first and will be doing my second favorite next. After that I’m hoping WoD to give us some fun new things there, and then BFA.
Honestly, I don’t really care what remix we get, I like getting new mounts and mogs of things, especially if I wasn’t able to get them in the past.
We really have let these live service games ruin our lives.
5 years. We could all be dead in 5 years. We could have families. Our family could have families. How can we talk so casually about such a length of time?
I am literally playing Shadowlands Remix right now. The remix part is me remixing the character I am playing through that expansion. Which turns out to be my paladin, while I collect the various mounts, titles, transmogs and achievements.
