Shadowland's quests list just disappear

Hi. I created a new char to leveling with friends and when we reach the last main initial quest in Ravend. (where Denat. disappear after being confronted by Renathal) we were asked to deliver the message in Oribos. After that the main quest list of shadowlands just disappear and we are a little bit lost about what do next (because I know that there is more story) so, what happened and how I access the main storyline again?

I am at lvl 44 and my friend at 55.

If you finished the entire Shadowlands campaign then you may be stuck without further content until you reach level 60 and can choose a covenant. If you look on your Shadowlands map and don’t see any of the campaign exclamation marks you may be done there for the time being, and would need to choose a different Chromie time to level in.
