At the initial entrance to Oribos, Fatescribe Roh-Tahl has no quests or options to skip story. This happens after I complete the initial story skip in Orgrimmar. My game is soft locked as a result. Logging out and logging in automatically places you at the start of the campaign in Oribos.
This has happened to me twice and is extremely unfortunate since I wanted to farm Shadowlands content on max characters without needing to do the entire expansion.
