hi there i don’t know if it’s intended but the gear on Purveyor Zo ‘kuul and Zo’ sorg is showing its buyable by non lvl 60 characters. I tested it on my lvl 51 and then my lvl 55 and the gear says requires level 51 and 55.

I reported the same issue on my level 59 character the other day, but didn’t make the connection with the scaling levels. There are several items in the game doing this right now, where the usable level is always your current level in the tooltip, including mounts and old vendors like the jewelry vendor in old Dalaran. *Edit: And if I do try to buy or use the items, I get an error that my level is too low.
