Most blood elf players are unhappy with their customization.
I personally wanted Dark Ranger options (red eyes and undead skintone, the death knight ones will do), Farstrider options (tattoos and wilder hairstyles), and Magister options (mage tattoos). Scars, damaged ears, and tattoos in general would be nice. Not to mention the male blood elves got jack. No real beards. Please consider all of these options.

I am going to spend so much time at the barber shop once the pre patch drops. All my alts are getting makeovers, then of course, they will need new transmogs to go with it. I am looking forward to having tons of fun with this.
Everyone has to look fabulous, as they move into Shadowlands!
Would love to see better scar options for humans. Maybe scars as their own feature like on other races instead of tied to skin tones. Right now only a couple skin tones can have scars.
Sweet, what is the date that we will be able to use this?
I can’t say i’m happy with the new customizations for night elves. I was expecting new faces, since wod update my night elf characters look nothing like the original, classic night elves and it won’t get fixed? Fix night elf faces and posture for the love of god, blizzard… Narrow eyes and less puffy cheeks would be a good start.
Night Elves got one of the better additions of options.
What you want is a complete reimagining of the model. Not going to happen.
relax, wow friends…
it’s ok to ask questions…
so just…reeeeeeee-laaaaaaaax!
Yeah…they’re too cheap and lazy
The old Nelves looked better…
All they needed to do was
explore MORE detail on the
initial models…
But they went through that
period where they were headed
all Disney-esque with their designs.
Can’t believe I forgot about the poor troll women. I rolled a new troll lady, chose face 6 of course, zoned in with three other troll women—all with the same face. Blizzard should be able to tell that the majority of the faces they’ve given us aren’t used. The long hair with braid and bangs is a gorgeous style, but I can never use it because it’s set too far forward on her head. The braid should come off the nape lower, and the bangs start too far down her forehead.
I’m of the opinion that hairstyles shouldn’t be race-locked. Any race with hair on its head should be able to get it twisted and snipped into any style. Taurens and Worgen would be the only ones left out, but they could share mane styles.
I mentioned this before somewhere… but I made a Forsaken female priest on the PTR to play with the customization. She looked amazing, and I could totally see making and playing this character on live… IF SHE COULD STAND UPRIGHT. Hunchbacks just aren’t appealing. If not for the bad posture, I’d play a Forsaken character.
I can finally make a black character and feel black. Never thought it was a race thing but I’m just finally glad it feels like a real option. Thank you blizzard.
Can we please get more hair colors and hair styles for Void elves, to really fulfill the high elf fantasy.
On other topic, please let every race have a full spectrum of beards customization.
Side note: future customization body types, at least 3 per race, Thin, regular and bulk.
Are Void Elves still getting the black hair you showed off, Blizzard?
I would love to see all the hair colors, and hairstyles opened up to all of the races. I know some will say doing that takes away from a races uniqueness. Still I think it allows for you to make your character more unique and diverse.
I agree if a Barber can straighten an Orcs back it should be able to straighten a Forsaken’s back as well.
I’d like to see Worgen males also get an upright option. That’s another race (at least their males) that I am reluctant to play due to posture.
You know what would be a cool skin color option for humans, blood elves, gnomes and dwarves? Albinistic options.
I would also like to say with Forsaken being given the freshly dead skin option. I honestly believe that they should get some of the human shin-tones, especially the 4 new ones that many of the races received.
I feel that the Barber shop needs a new name. That place is now a one stop shop for a ton of stuff that no barber would ever do. Goblins would definitely capitalize on all the new markets represented now with a rebranding.
I like all the new looks and hope Blizz continues to add things in a regular basis for all the races, including ARs.
Not happy about having to learn the glyphs all over again for a 3rd time (why can’t the system see we already have them and just add them to the appearance menu???) but hopefully it will be the last time we have to
Now we just need to know when we get access to this stuff. I thought it would be next week but you’d think they’d have told by now if it were next week.
