I just made my first character on alliance and was under the impression that it would be easier to unlock allied races. I already have some of the allied races unlocked from the achievements I’ve done on the horde side, but I’m working on the Kul Tiran unlock and apparently the quest line to start Tides of Vengeance is still reputation locked. I saw in the pre patch notes that you don’t have to be exalted to unlock them anymore, but does this mean you still need to be revered or am I missing something to start this quest line? And if anyone is curious I did the “A Nation United” quest line as well which is one of the requirements for unlocking the Kul Tiran race.
I think you still have to reach Friendly with Storm’s Wake. If I’m not mistaken, getting to Friendly with the 3 Kul Tiran factions is necessary to proceed past a certain point with the War Campaign.

Hi, were you able to find Tides of Vengeance? I went to the Historian and saw the cinematic but I’m having a hard time finding the Tides of Vengeance.
