Where did this go? It no longer appears in the achievement panel, either for a character which got it during the expansion nor on a new account that did not. Was it removed?
Can confirm. I just checked my character’s profile here and in-game. Appears this achievement is missing at this time!
It also appears to be completely removed from wowhead as well if you look up all of the Pathfinder achievements. Which you may view by Clicking Here!

Shadowlands did not use a “pathfinder” achievement to unlock flying.
- To fly in the covenant zones, they used the campaign quests.
- To ride ground mounts in the maw, a Korthia quest is required.
- To fly in Zereth Mortis, the achievement is called “Unlocking the Secrets”

I can confirm that my character did unlock flight after a nightmarish week. If anybody wants to do this, I recommend not doing it on Night Fae, the campaign for which was apparently designed by a team that decided to add artificial difficulty to almost all quests by giving incorrect or totally missing information about quest goals.
Getting flight in the standard zones requires a questline that is done in and turned in in Korthia.
