Logged in, opened Vault and only got a Legion Timewalking key and not a Shadowlands Keystone. Its not in Bags or Bank or anywhere. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
You can talk to the NPC near the vault (on the right-hand side) to get a keystone. If you haven’t done a mythic dungeon for a bit, sometimes you don’t receive the key. But the NPC will always give you one if there isn’t one in your bags.

Then you likely have the key somewhere in your bag, bank, or vault. Have you used the search box to looking for keystone?
I have the exact same problem. Not out of vault, not from tahsup, not from completing a m+. I even tried to talk to the guy at the end of a successfully completed m+ to trade keystones, and if I recall his text basically said, go get a keystone. I opened a ticket and it got auto-closed with an auto-reply suggesting a check the forums. Unfortunately this looks like a lost week for me.
