Intel® Core™ i5-760 or AMD FX™-8100 or better minimum
I know BfA had this min spec as well, but I’m wondering if I’ll still be ok with my setup.
i3-7100; 8GB ram (2133MHz); nvidia GTX 1050; this has run bfa fine, I trim back the graphics a little for instances and raids; and there’s nothing really game breaking that I’ve run into, but I really don’t want to buy another machine just to play wow. Will I be ok?
This is why I’m saving for a new computer. The one I use now is choppy and I’m lucky if I see 20 FPS. My guess is I have at least a year to get one but, justifying the purchase to my wife will take longer.
Sometimes its easier to ask forgiveness than for permission. Buy from private seller so she cant make you return it!
Oh, once it’s open it can’t be returned is what I go with when purchasing modifiable electronics.

well that’s just bad advice
You’ll be fine on that build. It could be faster, of course, but that’ll handle things at decent settings.
WoW isn’t an especially demanding game.
