Shadowlands LFR NPCs in Dragonflight - When?

Since we were cut off from access to LFR content and subsequent transmog, when might we see LFR NPCs for Shadowlands raids as with previous expansions?

Been asking around and from what I can tell there is no word from bliz on this. Some indicator would be nice. Thank you.

really? so they only release LFR NPCs until the 2nd subsequent expac? if this is true, why would this be a defacto rule?
