Shadowlands intro quest line bugged?

I did the shadowlands quests years ago on a different character, however when I go to oribos there are no portals open and no story quests. I had heard this was an issue getting fixed with 11.0.7 but it’s still happening. Anyone know if I’m missing something or if there’s a workaround for this?

Did you pick up the initial Maw questline from Darrion Mograine, or take the intro questline skip?

It was supposed to be fixed in 11.0.7. If not, post in the bug report forum.
