Now that shadowlands is fully legacy content, there should be some hearthstones to get to your covenant areas. It’s super inconvenient to get to those areas if you’re not actively playing shadowlands. Perhaps when it’s time to make shadowlands timewalking?

yes there’s currently portals to bastion and ardenweald, but that’s not a permanent solution.

sadly the only real option is make a mage, bind there, port everywhere else.

Be an engineer with Shadowlands portal generator and you can be 20 seconds away from any covenant hall.
