On 9/14, I made a class trial character Nelf Druid and upon login it immediately granted me all of the Shadowlands Explorer achievements. I wasn’t playing when Shadowlands was current (and still have yet to quest any character there).
The trial character has since been deleted, but the achievement persists across my characters and the maps revealed on my other characters too.
