So with creation catalyst change, anything you can share bout how fast it generates chrages?
They have stated elsewhere that it will start at 1 charge per week, and after an unannounced amount of time it will start to recharge faster
This puzzles me, too. I thought it might be a bug in the model viewers or the appearance collection, but nope - on PTR the actual shoulders also flopped straight upwards. I don’t like it.

How many charges will we start with once it is unlocked? 0, 1, or have they begun to accumulate since we entered Zereth Mortis?
