I will just say I really wonder if Shadowlands was the best title they could come up with if this is true.
It sounds like a cheap Chinese knock off version of FFXIV’s Shadowbringers.

Another leaked image on the blizz store today had the name; “The World Beyond.”
But I think people are confusing that for something else.

The palette doesn’t look like a Blizzard color scheme to me. Doesn’t mean it’s fake, but it’s a very washed watercolor palette.
