This is true. I just saw it myself. They also found T-shirts with Shadowlands on them.
There’s a new picture of Bolvar that’s never been released before, and this is on top of the 8.3 datamined stuff for Death Knights.

If it was fake - eyes would be orange. But making Bolvar somehow having blue eyes is totally blizzard touch

Maybe Bolvar is becoming a blue Death Knight like the rest of us? 
I’m skeptical, i don’t see why his eyes would turn blue but not the rest of his body, on the other hand, an image like this would take a good amount of hours of work just to forget to turn his eyes yellow? it’d make no sense to make such a mistake.
Maybe Ner’Zul took over Bolvar’s body? idk

If its real to me it looks like shot from a cimenatic and maybe his eyes turn blue when using his powers to maybe res something or open something if that talk about icecrown being a doorway to the shadowlands is to be believed, just random thought lol.

i just scanned the wotlk cinematic and no frames coincide, actually. If it’s a doctored image, it’s from another source.

I rotated and cropped it then used Google’s reverse image search and didn’t get anything. So it’s, at the very least, something that hasn’t been used before.
