Shadowlands character boost "internal error"

When I try to use my Shadowlands character boost to 50 on a class trial character, I get an “internal error”

Howdy!

This can occur for a few reasons:

• If you just recently upgraded your account and the order is still pending give it 24 hours.
• If the character is a higher level than your class trial such as using an older boost.

Generally, either waiting 24 hours and trying again or creating a new trial character will fix this.
