I played thru the entirety of Shadowlands when it was current content. So I had everything previously unlocked.

However, Even with that, as I stated It took me having to go to Bastion for the first time, and interacting with an established FP there before the Oribos FP populated.

Ok, so thatā€™s a small fix for players who have been there on a different character. Still time consuming but not as much, so at least there is that. Actually quite ā€œgeniusā€ really haha I would not have thought of that.

The day before 11.0.5 dropped I took a few characters to SL, used Threads of Fate to open everything up for them, to do old raids once they were Legacy ā€¦ the next day.

I wanted to get another through a couple of weeks ago now, obviously skip was gone, so I thought, yeah, Ok, I can do this ā€¦ part way through the Maw I hearthed out, couldnā€™t do it.

I think with warband out now it should unlock it across the warband once you did it once.

I tried yesterday, with The one I used for testing today, though I skipped the Maw experience. (Why I was able to test pretty fast) I got to Oribos, did the intro quests, and right before I was about to go to Bastionā€¦ I was like ā€œI justā€¦ I canā€™t do this campaign again.ā€ and Logged off it.

I seriously want to know what their reasoning is, however stupid it may be, as to why they removed the Threads of Fate QoL feature.

I have no idea to be honest. I would like to know as well. All it does is waste peoples time.

Shadowlands, even to this day, is why a lot of players left this game and will not come back. Regardless of what they see or hear about Dragonflight/The War Within.

Blizzard burned a lot of bridges, and for some that Bridge experienced Scorched Earth.

Shadowlands needs to have a ā€œTiger Teamā€ assigned to it, and that teams responsibility should be to improve upon everything in it to make the experience better for players who return or for players who have never experienced it.

Even simple mechanic fixes would help. I mean its now legacy content. It wouldnā€™t harm anything refining it to make it smoother experience. Making FPā€™s open right off that bat would help a lot.

Having FPā€™s story locked is not smart. I get that you have to learn it first but having it locked through campaign just makes it unnecessary.
