What are your guys take on this? To me, it’s not that bad of an idea. But instead of having 1-10 and 10-50 on a different phase, mix it together maybe?

Stopped watching the moment the dude started pre-dismissing anyone that had legitimate reasons his idea wouldn’t work. Guy sounds like a complete jackwad. Mockery like that shows a lot about a persons character,. And his is pretty bad.

Think I’ll stop there. Speculation is fun and all, but yeesh, can’t stand that “condescending air of superiority” style of presenting ideas.

Criticisizing the video aside…
As much that can be tested should be available for testing as soon as possible in my opinion.
Alphas and betas haven’t been used for actual testing in quite awhile. Often feedback gets ignored. Its more of a preview of the game and they give it to a lot of streamers first because it drives hype for the game.

We are already testing the major parts of the next expan with the Tradable corrupted BoE’s people are paying 10 + wow tokens for.

They want it to succeed theyll allow us to test as much as possible before launch. This expac is going to be the defining straw for a lot of people on wether or not they continue playing.
Betas are a marketing tool to drum up sales. They are not for testing.
Testing is done internally with activision higher ups supervising to make sure the time played metrics are maintained.

Jokes? That was no joke, nor was it funny. He used a child-like tone while mimicking any valid reason people could say his ideas wouldn’t work. I’m sorry that isn’t a joke it was him pre-emptively trying to stop people from disagreeing with him by being aggressive. This type of behavior shows a lot about a person characters.
