Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons quest repeatedly pops up and cannot be cleared

I’ve been stuck with the quest “Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons” constantly reappearing. No matter how many times I accept or decline it, it just pops back up again and prevents me from progressing or accepting other quests in Stormwind.

I’ve tried:

  • Talking to Darion Mograine (he’s not where he should be)
  • Selecting a different timeline with Chromie
  • Abandoning any overlapping quests

Nothing works. This has been blocking my gameplay for days and happens even after a GM refresh. Please escalate this bug or patch it.

I believe your only real option is to just go complete it. That’s what I had to do. But then I started getting more quests that couldn’t be skipped or abandoned.

It’s incredibly annoying. But, I don’t know what else to do other than complete them till they stop. I think it’s… Legendary quests? Like turning in souls or whatever?

I got it after doing some shadowlands raids for moge and whatnot.
