Many of the shadowlands world quests are rewarding item level 200 conduits. My character has all conduits unlocked between the 213 and 239 level. Back in shadowlands and until the 11.0 patch, once you had unlocked a particular conduit it would no longer show as a reward unless it was an upgrade. Since conduits cannot be sold or used when below the existing level, you have to manually delete them with the interface where you have to type in the word delete. It worse than no reward for these world quest or when they show in the calling boxes since it takes up time to delete them.

confirmed same on all toons. this is a bug where it doesn’t realize you have the conduit anymore.

Honestly Blizzard, just delete the entire conduit system, no one but Ion will miss it.

I am also experiencing this issue. I have collected all of the conduits available for my class at the maximum item level, and these low level conduits have been appearing as rewards from Shadowlands world quests since the pre-patch started.
I am currently trying to complete the Court Favours achievement, which requires items that are rewarded from specific world quests in Revendreth. I am concerned that these low level conduits may be replacing the typical reward items that I need to complete my achievement. Hopefully this bug will be reverted/fixed soon!

Same issue. Makes it a real pain on alts where I don’t know what level everything is at so I gotta go digging through the pages to see what’s usable and what’s junk.
