the bear is not giving me soulshape

having same issue no matter what i do im not receiving the spell from the bear and iv tried reloading reinstalling turning add ons off abandoning the quest leaving the zone all to no avail the soulshape spell is missing also the /cast soulshape is not working either. and this is also after compleating shadowlands on my original main yesterday only to find that my new lvl 80 drachtyr main cant skip any of shadowlands so have to redo it all just to be locked out due to campaign quest not giving me the spell to continue…

Broken for me too. I have
- disabled addons
- relogged
- /reloaded
- abandoned/re-accepted quest
- tried /cast Soulshape
