Cata is approaching fast. Even with the buffs you guys gave to the drop rate, there simply isnt enough shadowfrost shards to go around. You need to make every boss drop 4-5 on 25 and 10 man. Time gating gear is behind us at this point.

This wouldn’t be an issue if we were going to have a Wrath era, as that would be unlimited time to get this done.
But since there are “currently no plans” for that, the shards should be buffed.
I pay $15 a month and because my guild put me behind a pug from another guild on our prio list, I have to pug for my shards and since pugs suck, I can only guarantee myself 3 or 4 shards a week.
I did the math and I’ll have 50 by JUNE 20, that’s way too late. Cata will already be out by then.
I pay $15 a month to play this, the fact that I can’t experience the full extent of the content is honestly ridiculous. In what world do you tell a paying customer “Sucks to be you.”?

Its not about the weapon itself. After you craft the weapon, you’ll unlock the quest The Lich King’s Last Stand where the only objective is to kill the Lich King.
On completion of this quest, you’ll unlock the expansion’s epilogue.
Call it dumb but for a completionist, the game isn’t finished until you do this.
