Shadowform not reducing physical Dmg?

Been back a week, I noticed Shadowform just gives 10% spell damage instead of the 15% and reducing physical damage by 15%…

Why?
Shadowform Talent 40% of base mana
Instant 1.5 sec cooldown

Requires Priest

Assume a Shadowform, increasing your Shadow damage by 15% [S03 - Tuning and Overrides Passive - Priest: reducing the mana cost of all Shadow spells by 0%] and reducing Physical damage done to you by 15%. However, you may not cast Holy spells while in this form.

Because they moved the physical DR to focused will which is also in your spellbook.

Shadowform hasn’t had physical DR since MoP season 1.

Now instead we have 20% whenever we want.

Fade + flash heal is a very strong combo giving us good DR almost constantly.
