This is incorrect. The method you used to test this was done poorly, in order to get correct number. 1st test. You must go warmode off, hit PVE training dummy.
2nd test. You Turn on WM, and hit pvp trianing dummy. The numbers scale by exactly 55%.
It was shadownerfed by 55%. Here is the hidden aura for it on WoWhead, with no previous patch note for it .
Pvp modifiers, 0.45 was originally 1.0. Number literally changed when i went from pve wm off pve dummy to pvp wm on pvp dummy.

Hidden change. You can test this live, as i did. Its correct.
Both of the ways you tested. “Aka just dueling someone with wm on and wm off” make no difference in the test, because joining a duel will activate WM In your duel, regardless, as a hidden aura, and apply pvp scaling. Which is why you got wrong numbers

It should’ve been doing full damage a week ago. I don’t understand the random pvp nerf it got because I thought stuff like sophic was better for most specs minus maybe a few dw dot specs and tanks.

I hate when Blizzard doesn’t announce whether this was intended or not. If i spend more gold for enchants I should know when im getting kicked in the groin
