The Shadoweave Specialization quest is bugged, I cannot complete the quest when using the crystal at the altar of shadows, therefore cannot become a Shadoweave Specialist.
im having the same issue, any success yet?
if my memory serves me correctly, there are two different structures which look like altars.
make sure you’re using the right one.
