The rest of the “leadership” isn’t what i’d classify as leadership. you gave folks separate channels in discord for feedback. I think I got ONE note? and I fixed that because it was health potion / stone related because I thought they shared CDs after coming back from Classic.
A solid month+ with y’all and I get a random DM saying i was removed because of my damage and lack of key pushing despite requesting for help / folks to run with because I don’t have time to sit around for hours getting declined by pugs and having the key trolled when i run it.
Am i in the right here? heck no but I did try to improve despite my gripes about how the class currently performs. I was EXTREMELY vocal about that. How many times did anyone reach out in a DM / make a note? that’s right ZERO times.
I recommend any new commers to avoid this guild. There’s pin-point feedback that just does a quick breakdown on what to improve on and then there’s lazy it’ll fix itself, or not… feedback. You have someone asking for feedback - especially with how detailed you pride yourself on being " J " freaking do it.
PS - don’t worry i’m not gonna troll you beyond this post. I just don’t respect people who pulled what y’all did. Had it been more tactful and respectful I would not have gotten pissed at either of you and would have probably sat myself. " J " however is a bonehead and sent me not only a disorganized DM wall of text, but also untrue on many counts which was clearly meant to trigger. Y’all take care and I hope your “GANG” has many many many many wipes beyond Sikran.

Not to stir the pot with posting here, but I can’t allow the warrior’s post to go wild with it.
I will only speak for my experience here, with my months of time being here has been marked with pure fun/laughter and making of friends. They’re all amazing people and truly care for each raider. There notes weren’t overly mean or critical but fair and to the point. (I myself got some too)
Do not let a disgruntled raider/player, from my experience and checking notes from gchat yelled about not inviting rag/az tanks and “I’m not putting effort into keys anymore sitting HOURS in LFG” only 25 total keys timed Listen I understand being upset at the current systems. Don’t lash out about a guild when there’s clearly more it.
Again even tho I’m no longer a main raider here, I enjoyed my time here <3

They seem to be doing better without a low-grey-parsing fury warrior who literally barely outdps’d the tanks😂.
Parses only compare you to the same spec, so it’s irrelevant what state your class is in if you parse 11%–it’s only comparing data from that spec.
Sounds like you were the problem, mate.
The fact that they didn’t take the bait on your post says a lot about who they are, so you’re actually helping them out here.

OH no no no no, i’ve seen their logs, no one is doing better. they’ve gone through at least 2-3 other warriors since I’ve been gone. lmfao. NONE are doing particularly well.
It’s not a bait post either. They know that burning through about 3-4 warriors in the last month is starting to become a trend. I don’t need anyone to reply back to me. their turnover on warriors / dps in general is higher than a waitressing gig at a food chain.
11% isn’t a fair assessment run either. I got sat on every kill and got put in expecting to know the fight - when i did pure mechanics and we still nearly wiped on the kill. so yeah 11%? no duh?
I have actually been doing quite well on my own since. There’s also no need for them to take the “bait” to reply. They know VERY well how it is, but won’t admit it. i’ve seen their logs.
Even their current warrior (no real diss to him honestly) is parsing less than myself in heroic by a large margin. Bigwulz was the other warrior that was brought in to serve as my “replacement” if i didn’t improve and clearly he’s been given the boot as well. It’s almost as if there’s a connection to either the class or that raid-team. 
but nah it’s my grey parse on my first night in mythic after being sat and focusing 100% on clearing the webbing while the other folks still screw up to webs. yup.
@Jiren if you read this - go find a better guild while you can bro. i’m certainly enjoying my time!
